• Sponsor email sent to all CSRI members and non members, with a one paragraph description, link to email, link to website and phone sent under cover “support our sponsors” once per month; 12 times per year
• Sponsor listing on CSRI member and patient site, advertiser directory, for 12 months
• One direct mailing to all CSRI members, sent with a cover letter from CSRI to “support our sponsors.” We will include one sponsor flyer printed full color/double sided and mailed one time per year in January.

Silver Sponsor

$85 / month
